Juan Miguel Crisostomo

Owner, President

“Migs” has been a finance professional for over 10 years, with his domain expertize involving Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategy, Pricing, as well as Investor Relations. He has an in-depth knowledge of margin optimization, is six sigma trained, and is involved in company cost initiatives, as well as business optimization He started in the industry as a senior Financial Analyst, moving up to Regional Finance Manager for Asia Pacific for one of the largest BPO companies handling multimillion dollar portfolios and delivering bottomline targets across various US and Australia Asia Pacific clients. He then headed the Global Financial Planning and Analysis group for the largest Filipino-owned BPO company, centralizing and standardizing a fragmented organization, improved profitability, as well as re-engineered the entire pricing process. Recently, Migs was the VP of investor Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. He represents the company in multi-national deals, heads company initiatives, and serves as the key decisionmaker for investor management. Migs managed the single largest buy-out in the Philippines, when the largest Telco sold 80% of its stake to equity partners for $350M in 2013. After a year, he single handedly managed the divestment of his company’s Healthcare Business for $230M in 2014. Currently, Migs is now the CFO of the largest Coworking and Workspace solutions in the country Miguel graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Management 2002 with minor in International Business, from the Ateneo de Manila University. He earned his MBA in 2007, from the Mendoza College of Business. University of Notre Dame, USA. Miguel has a diverse background, having experience in operations, finance, consulting, general management, and event management. He has worked in the Philippines, Italy, Japan, and the United States.

Nelle Bates

Associate Director – Operations and Business Development

In the current corporate trends were women are leading strongly alongside with men, “Nelle” is a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience covering various industries from BPO Operations and Service Delivery, Finance and Accounting, Order to Cash, Data and Analytics, Technology and Recruitment Operations. A result-driven professional with a proven track record in developing and achieving goals, plans, strategies through management, operational lifecycle, process improvements, and control reporting systems. Nelle’s professional experience started with Teletech Inc supporting a US Technology Solutions Company as an IT advanced support, moving to client services and operations supporting an Australia-New Zealand Telco client where she lead operations improvement of the program’s sales and employee engagements. She then joined KForce Global Solutions where she transitioned to financial data and analytics with program development and automation, to leading the migration and operations from 20 FTEs to 200 FTEs of F&A Order to Cash services from US Onshore to Philippines for one of the biggest US Staffing Firm. With her vast expertise under her belt, Nelle joined ASCENTPRO and took over Recruitment Service Delivery and Operations, applying disciplined operational excellence to traditional recruitment practices, that resulted to tangible improvements and efficiencies that greatly increased average gross revenue up to 70%. Currently, Nelle oversees the whole company as well as handles client relations and business development

Georgina Guevara

Senior Manager – Recruitment Operations

Nurses are said to be well-rounded and resilient. Georgina was said to be one. She worked as a Nurse last 2011 and after dedicating her lives to patients, she then decided to have a change of career wherein she can still lend a hand to other people. She always believed that the BPO industry can pave ways to her growth, development, and success in life. She was exposed to sales and marketing for almost 2 years, operations in 3 years, and now in recruitment. Georgina was one of the pioneer employees of the company who helped in the quality assurance and training of BPO agents under the former Ascentology. After a year, she was moved to Ascent PRO and started her profession in recruitment. She then helped create the recruitment process, authored playbooks, and contributed ideas that combined different styles from marketing and BPO operations, veering away from traditional recruitment methods. In addition to this, she achieved getting the highest revenue for the company in its first year. With her hard work, passion for the job, and eagerness to learn more, she continued to stay abreast and consistently contributed to the progression of ASCENTPRO. Currently, she now handles the overall recruitment operations. Her leadership style encourages collaboration with the team, along with building strong relationship with others by showing a sincere interest in her stakeholders, clients, employees, and candidates.
